Why a Games educator might care
It gives learners a capable 3D production tool without a per-seat software cost. Its breadth is also the trap: each session needs a narrow production outcome rather than a tour of everything Blender can do.

Limitations
Blender's interface and feature set can overwhelm first-time users. Standardise the classroom version, test hardware and add-ons, and avoid teaching shortcuts without the operation they control.
